    As a Client Care Concierge at the Lucas Howard Group, you will manage a portfolio of potential prospects while connecting them to our real estate agents. Furthermore, this position involves scheduling appointments with qualified prospects for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. You will be responsible for cultivating client relationships to maintain potential business opportunities. If you are a people person this is the job for you.  Awesome Extras • Base salary + commission • Ability to write your own paycheck - what you put in is what you'll get out! • Paid vacation Responsibilities: • Warm lead follow-ups on prospective clients  • Provide exceptional customer service  • Deliver the team value proposition and handle objections  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services  • Make 150-200+ contacts per week • Conduct 10-20 hours of lead follow up per week • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8 appointments weekly for agents • Attending training and establish daily role-play partners • Track weekly goals and progress Qualifications: • High school diploma • Michigan Real Estate license (or be willing to obtain upon employment) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create and maintain relationships • Strong attention to detail • Database (CRM) management skills • Tech-savvy • Team oriented • Positive attitude Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000
