    Our client is a small, non-profit organization dedicated to uniting the community through large-scale, high-profile, family-friendly events. We seek a highly motivated individual who is a team player willing to handle various tasks, including deliveries, volunteer coordination, activity planning, report preparation, and general administrative duties.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • General administrative duties include answering phones, copying, filing, faxing, and coordinating meetings.
    • Drafting and composing letters.
    • Creating and maintaining various forms.
    • Organizing and managing databases.
    • Assisting with the monthly e-newsletter.
    • Coordinating volunteers and overseeing various aspects of events.

    To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Exceptional written (writing, editing, proofreading) and oral communication skills, maintaining a professional approach.
    • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and remain proactive when managing upcoming events.
    • Polite, pleasant, courteous, and well-mannered when interacting with team members and volunteers.
    • Familiarity with the greater Springfield community.
    • Reliable transportation for timely attendance at events and meetings.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
