    Our confidential client is looking for a Fiscal and Office Coordinator to meet the daily fiscal and administrative need. This nonprofit is dedicated to social justice and works to create inclusive societies that provide fair access to resources and services. We are searching for a candidate dedicated to the same values.

    The Fiscal and Office Coordinator ensures effortless fiscal and administrative processes. They will be the first point of contact for visitors, will coordinate all office supplies inventory, and will order supplies as needed. The Fiscal and Office Coordinator also maintains the cleanliness of the office, assists in the preparation for meetings, and provides administrative support to the executives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong ability to anticipate fiscal and administrative needs.
    • Bookkeeping, accounting, or fiscal experience preferred.
    • Experience with fiscal processes, projects, and activities.
    • Familiarity with billing, bank accounts and statements, balancing accounts, financial allocations, keeping pertinent records, and managing relevant fiscal inquiries.
    • Ability to reconcile accounts and follow up to ensure timely submission and processing.
    • Demonstrated commitment to social justice and DEI initiatives.
    • A commitment to valuing people with lived experience and an ability to honor differences.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment.
    • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Ability to manage confidential information and support sensitive situations.
    • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, databases, and online communication including email.
    • Must have an advanced knowledge in Excel (creating worksheets, workbooks, formulas, data sorting and filters, formatting worksheets, saving, etcetera).
    • Fluency in Spanish – bilingual and bicultural preferred.

    BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

    • Exceptional benefits package to full-time employees.
    • $21.00 per hour, additional $0.50 per hour for Spanish Language skills.
