Requirements: * At least one year of relevant experience. * Practical knowledge of medical office procedures. * Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and EHR systems. * Exceptional communication and customer service skills. * High-level computer literacy and effective multitasking capabilities. * Proficient knowledge across all insurance types. * Impeccable organization skills with keen attention to detail. * Familiarity with AthenaHealth systems is preferred.
