    Job Description

    Our Law Office Receptionist must be friendly, welcoming, empathetic and eager to take care of others. Our receptionists welcome potential clients and guests, promote the law firm's services, answer phones, direct calls and messages, inventory and order supplies, organize and support in-office and video conferences and keep our common areas clean and neatly organized. Bilingual and multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Some college coursework completed and/or professional office experience preferred.
