We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Compensation: Per House Showing & Options if want to have successful real estate career Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Must have a clean and well-kept vehicle for showings. Most clients will follow you and not be in your car Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
