Sales/Call Center Representative
Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking Retail /Call Center Sales Rep to provide excellent customer service to all customers on the phone and in the store. All customers should be treated with the highest courtesy and professionalism.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales, Invoices, Filling web orders, Opening/closing register
Process customer transactions in a professional and timely manner.
Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner
Inform and educate customers about our products and supplies.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Complete basic customer orders Start to Finish plus follow-up. *Phone *In-Store * Web Stores *Events & Shows
Complete Government Purchase Orders
Prepare for conferences by packaging all needed essentials for the function from your area.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
Computer skills (knowledge of LightSpeed a plus)
Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
Light Lifting (40Lbs) Stepladder
Proper phone etiquette
High School or GED diploma
Available weekdays and Saturdays
Ability to travel
1 years Retail experience
Clean Background-Federal and State
RECOMMENDED SKILLS

Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel

SALARY AND BENEFITS
$12.00 per hour starting.
75% Company paid Health Insurance after eligible. PTO, AFLAC, 401K
