The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect with Angular experience to work in San Diego, CA. This position supports our Navy customer and requires a US Secret security clearance.

Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance, Inc. – a woman-owned small business – provides business transformation consulting, professional services, and technical support to government, military, healthcare, telecommunications, and utility industry clients.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic recommendations for Cloud design, infrastructure design, software development design/architecture, application frameworks, and/or interfaces
• Assist customers with migration efforts ensuring environments are architected to industry best practices and DoD secure standards
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them to generate appropriate systems design architecture documentation
• Provide technical expertise on cloud computing technologies and architectures
• Develop and refine infrastructure design models
• Lead and conduct internal project reviews

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience as a web or cloud architect designing client solutions
• 4+ years of experience with designing architectures using APIs, basic web/cloud security, and data repositories
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with preparing and briefing details of technical analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with mobile solutions or apps for the Department of Defense
• Experience with documenting analysis in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of general network technologies and principles
• Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills
• MA or MS degree
• Active Secret clearance
