    Job Description

    The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer in San Diego, CA. This position supports our Navy customer and requires an active US Secret security clearance.

    Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance, Inc. – a woman-owned small business – provides business transformation consulting, professional services, and technical support to government, military, healthcare, telecommunications, and utility industry clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform application development using Agile & SDLC methodologies
    • Prepare detailed specifications and system design documents
    • Develop new components or modules to meet functionality requirements
    • Build back-end application code that manipulates content, and interacts with other systems, services and APIs

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • 5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development
    • Experience in Cloud environments
    • Active Secret clearance

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Experience developing applications for Windows using Microsoft .NET technologies, ASP.NET, and Web Services
    • Database experience using Microsoft SQL Server including table design, stored procedure, and trigger development
    • Strong debugging skills and excellent problem solving skills
    • Linux Experience
