    The Math Learning Center (MLC) is seeking a SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team.

    This position is located in Salem or Portland, Oregon.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    • Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Rootstock system configuration and system integrations
    • Translate business requirements into functional solutions and will be responsible for the full application architecture process
    • Assist analyzing business functions and processes, collecting requirements, evaluating output requirements and formats
    • Manage data feeds and other integrations. Research, recommend and implement AppExchange applications for Salesforce to meet business needs
    • Analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, determine system capabilities; assist with writing technical specifications
    • Conduct use case, unit and system testing of new functionality and projects. Assist with building of test plans, scenarios, and scripts to support QA/ UAT efforts
    • Collaborate with project managers to identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan
    • Provide end-user application support and release management (migration, refreshes, version control and deployment)

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • 3-6 years experience administering and supporting Salesforce across multiple functions in an organization
    • Salesforce.com Admin certification required
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
    • Experience with Rootstock, Field Service Lightning, APIs preferred
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Ability to configure features, build objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views and other content
    • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize simultaneous requests
    • Ability to critical evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
    • Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud is highly desired
    • Strong business analyst experience including requirements gathering, functional specifications and QA test scripts
    • Ability to assess the impact of new features and customizations on the upstream and downstream application, systems and processes
