Our Los Angeles office is looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative with a desire to grow within the legal industry. This position must be staffed by an individual who is sales oriented, and works well with people. We ask that you have a strong customer service background and possess the ability to screen potential client calls. You will ensure operational excellence and handle a large volume of incoming client calls. We're looking for candidates who have experience in Intake or call center. You will report directly to the Intake Manager. This position will often be the first line of contact for potential clients.
