This person is also creative in quickly formulating proposals, and transitioning data into marketing that they will package for distribution. This individual is organized, detail oriented, highly accountable and has great work ethic. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. This person is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.  Responsibilities: • Create Current Market Analysis, Proposals, and Marketing Materials • Create & Prepare Pre-Listing & Listing Packages • Order & Coordinate Professional Photography & Drone Based Photography for Listings • Compile and Upload Listing Paperwork & Disclosures & Submit for Compliance Review • Enter Listings & Upload Property Disclosures to the MLS • Claim Listings on Aggregate Internet Sites • Assist Transaction Manager with Onboarding, Customer Care, & Feedback • Schedule & Coordinate Open Houses with Team Buyer Agents • System Development, Implementation, and Management • Information Management Qualifications: • Creative Proposal and Document Preperation Skills • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Exceptional Organizational and Project Management Abilities • Great Ability to Focus • Concerned About Doing Things the Right Way • Learning Based • Service-Based Attitude • Proven Ability to Succeed • Minimum 2 – 3 Years of Exemplary Service and Management Experience • Real Estate Experience Preferred • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
