    Great part-time opportunity! Monday-Friday, 9 am-3 pm Our mission is to provide a first-class real estate buying and selling experience for all our clients, and we are seeking an administrative assistant who is dedicated to helping us reach our objectives by supporting the team and our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, although we are happy to provide in-depth training for a highly motivated candidate. Responsibilities: • Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Support agents, clients, and other parties with documentation, and regularly follow up on listing and transaction management • Control all business administrative duties for agents so they can limit their activities to listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and generating leads • Build and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration • Perform administrative tasks such as participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, speaking with customers, answering phones, taking minutes, etc • Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events • Buy office equipment such as marketing materials, cards for important dates, and other office supplies and materials Qualifications: • Excellent customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus • Real estate license preferred but not required to apply • Able to learn new software programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • This position requires some evening and weekend work Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly, negotiable
