Position Title: Mechanical Engineer (Root Cause – Customer Operations)

Position Location: Garner, NC

Position Type: Direct-hire (full-time)

Description: Perform Root cause analysis for their customers. The staff engineer (very autonomous role) that will work with Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing and the end customer to work through, Identify and offer solutions to the customer when things do not perform as desired or as expected.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• Around 3 years of experience in root cause analysis, quality engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Travel roughly 25% in the beginning – then tapering down as the engineer gets comfortable
