The Maven Group's client seeks a proficient Business Process Specialist for a direct hire position or the option for contracting based onsite in Chantilly. The ideal candidate must hold a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly. In this role, you'll be pivotal in analyzing and documenting expansive business processes concerning enterprise IT security applications. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Lead Solution Design Workshops: Spearhead solution design workshops aimed at identifying and rectifying functional and technical gaps within business processes.
• Support Client Requirements Definition: Assist clients in defining and documenting functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and standards.
• Develop Effective Solutions: Analyze business requirements and craft robust configuration and business process solutions to address client needs effectively.
• Execute Configuration and Development: Undertake configuration, development, and solution architecture activities to facilitate seamless project deployments.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing and communicating all work products to customers promptly. Participation in professional development training courses and willingness to obtain functional certifications are also expected.
