Backend Software Engineer needs in Raleigh (Hybrid Remote)

The Maven Group has multiple openings with our scientific research and engineering client in North Raleigh. You'll be apart of their software and cloud team, responsible for designing and developing a variety of different types of solutions across multiple projects. We has various senior, mid, and junior level openings to join an established and growing division with our client. Backend Software Engineers (Junior, Mid, and Senior Level)

• Location: North Raleigh (Hybrid Remote)
• US Citizenship and clearable - Active security clearance strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Apart of the software and cloud team, responsible for designing and developing a variety of different types of solutions across multiple federal projects.
• Software solutions will be integrated into a CI/CD pipeline and deployed in a web-based, microservices cloud architecture.

What we would like to see: 

• A BS in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics and demonstrable professional experience 
• Experience designing, developing, and documenting web API’s (e.g. Python, Golang, C++, Swagger)
• Experience with web application frameworks (e.g. Django, Laravel, Spring, NodeJS, DRF)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
