    We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Management Functional Lead (Oracle SCM) for one of our Northern Virginia clients, to aid in the optimization and management of their current capability. As Sr. SCM Functional Lead and Procurement Lead (P2P) you will partner with our business leaders and key stakeholders to oversee Oracle Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing systems, and Planning systems, implement new technologies, support integrated 3rd party applications.     Responsibilities:
    • This role requires frequent meetings with the business team; hence excellent communication skills are an absolute must.
    • Engage with Business Partners across the organization, help them identify opportunities, define requirements, identify gaps and deliver technical solutions
    • Conduct business interviews to solidify business system requirements
    • Collaborate with Application team members, Product owners to prioritize and create transparency for critical initiatives required to scale the company.
    • Ensure the business requirements are broken down into technical user stories for development. Setup/configure Oracle Finance Cloud suite according to the business requirements.
    • Work hands-on to understand, validate, build, test, train, and support our users as you help simplify business processes across various platforms
    • Work with offshore/onsite technical teams to develop solutions based on business requirements.
    • Responsible for application configuration, Functional specs, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents
    • Responsible for Production Support and maintenance
    • Manage the execution of testing for assigned deliverables by identifying and documenting test scripts, documenting quality issues, and communicating defects to ensure resolution.
    • Leads analysis for conversion of existing legacy data into Oracle by analyzing data extracts and data mapping.
    • Effectively leads change, working with management and users to ensure involvement, participation, and encouragement of others' ideas and contributions for effective teamwork and successful project execution.

    Requirements:
    • 10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management and Procure to Pay track, with a focus on Oracle EBS and/or Cloud technologies.
    • 5+ years experience in architecting and designing SCM/P2P solutions in Oracle Enterprise applications.
    • 5+ years of global functional experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Cloud ERP SCM/P2P Modules in Multi-org, Multi-currency, Consolidations, OM, Procurement, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, forecasting, Serialization, EDI, Costing, etc. with at least two full lifecycle implementations.
    • Experience in end-to-end business processes (Order to Report)
    • The candidate must have experience in EDI integration with Vendors.
    • Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus.
    • Experience in EBS Costing, Forecasting, Planning & Analysis applications
    • Ability to articulate complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner
    • Demonstrated expertise in the Implementation, Upgrade, Enhancement, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Support of Oracle E-Business Suite 12X and Oracle Fusion Cloud
    • Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops, GAP analysis, Application setups, Functional design documents, and conducting CRP, UAT sessions, and user training.
    • Experience preparing functional design documents for Custom application development, Conversions, Interfaces & Reports (RICE).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
    • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and consistently deliver on activities
    • A Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science/finance/accounting is preferred.
    • Familiarity with the Item Types and their maintenance (e.g., FG Iron Bow, Kits, etc.)
    • Item templates and maintenance of the same (Item Types and Templates are extensively used by the TR team)
    • Cycle Count Process (New Enhancement Request)
    • Mass Serial Upload and maintenance
    • Should be familiar with Average Costing and FIFO costing methods
    • Have a good handle on Inventory Costing Reports
    • A good understanding of AME rules
    • A good understanding of Procurement for Requisitions (with project-related purchases)
    • Different flavors of Drop Shipments (many enhancement requirements around that)
    • SO and PO Integration for Drop Ship and Back to Back Orders
    • Receiving reports ( Few enhancements around that)
    • Experience setting up Credit Card Payments systems (Fiserve, Paypal, etc.)
    • Experience in Setting up Pricelist, Pricelist Management, Pricing Formulas,
    • Hands on experience in Shipping Execution, Picking and Shipping process
    • High-level knowledge about creating dashboards, I Reports, KPIs around Order thresholds, at-risk orders, etc.
    • Building interfaces with Drop Ship Vendors and loading tracking numbers in Oracle
    • Experience in Oracle Projects/Project Manufacturing is a huge plus.
