    We’re hiring an experienced, professional full-time real estate managing broker to take a real estate team/ brokerage to the next level. You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up your team of agents, and train them to be top performers. Responsibilities: Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers • Participate in weekly training calls • Provide supervision, guidance and motivation to real estate agents  • Assist Realtors to achieve business sales goals • Understand multifaceted Real Estate - single-family, multi-family, commercial, and investments • Be a leader, not only a manager • Have a passion and desire to be successful in real estate • Communicate well and be organized • Enjoy prospecting and creating new business opportunities • Be professional representing the company and yourself at all times • Have a positive attitude • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and training of new agent hires • Handles new agent selection, training, and assures that all supervised agents comply with the appropriate policies and procedures • Interfaces with outside professionals regarding legal, accounting, insurance, tax, and other matters, as appropriate • Ensures property files and records are maintained according to requirements • Brings ideas to the table on what we need to change and how we can grow locally and statewide • Help provide agent training to increase yearly growth and goals • Oversee agent activities, contracts, and mediate disputes • Work with our leadership team to develop and implement a recruiting and retention strategy to grow and retain top producers • Meet with individual agents to set personalized sales goals and development plans • Participate in the development, refinement and implementation of company policies and procedures • Assist agents in developing creative marketing and prospecting techniques • Assist with daily recruiting calls and emails that lead to face to face appointments • Schedule weekly sales meetings that provide value to the Real Estate AgentsTHIS IS NOT A SALARIED POSITION:You will earn a recruiting bonuses and share in office success and revenue. You are welcome to list and sell property, or train agents for a percentage of their commissions.  Qualifications: Superb customer service and communication skills Applicant’s need a managing broker’s license Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • 4+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ Commission Plan
