Responsibilities: Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Team player who believes their success is the team’s success At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Currently licensed in real estate • The State of Texas requires a Real Estate License for this Position Compensation: $60,000+ Commission
