PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY LICENSED OR COMPLETED ALL TREC RELATED COURSES AND 30-45 DAYS AWAY FROM SITTING FOR STATE EXAM Responsibilities: Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 yearly
