    Do you have the drive and determination to help someone purchase the home of their dreams? We are one of the top up and coming real estate teams in the area and we are in need of a Buyer’s Agent. Our ideal candidate is versed in the area’s neighborhoods and amenities. This person is up to date on current market conditions, street smart and practices a consultative buying process, and able to skillfully navigate our clients through all the stresses that can come with buying a home. We’ll assist you as your grow your career and income by providing administrative and transaction support, ongoing leads and coaching, and in-house marketing. Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria and increase closed transactions Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year in order to effectively increase your client base Attend networking events and participate in open houses to market yourself and increase your sales Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to provide desired results Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team • Prospect for new clients and leads • The ability to gain trust from prospective clients Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability You know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand Be customer focused with a positive attitude Willing to work evenings and weekends Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • SELF-DRIVEN WITH A HIGH DESIRE TO SUCCEED Compensation: $30,000+ (Based on sales)
