    Part/Full Time We are looking for a bright, self-motivated individual to fill our personal assistant position which has many tasks.  We are a luxury real estate brokerage who prides ourselves on providing superior customer service and industry knowledge to our clients. The ideal applicant is comfortable answering phones, occasionally conversing with clients, and displays a professional, positive, customer-focused attitude. The position also calls for running various errands and assisting in preparing homes for photography. Must be very flexible and willing to wear many different hats! Good organizational, time management, and computer skills are a must for this wonderful position! Part of the position will be assistant the owner and her mother with personal errands and tasks. If you desire to learn and grow within an exciting industry and within one of the top real estate teams in Orange County, this is the job for you! Responsibilities: • Assist department heads with various administrative tasks. • Run various errands • Prepare for photography appointments (both during the afternoons and evenings) • Answer phones • Occasionally converse with clients • Warm, engaging, inviting personality • Assist with running errands for owner & her family. Qualifications: • Must live within 15 min drive of our office and have a car in working order • Previous experience in a Real Estate office is an advantage but not a requirement • Must communicate well on the phone and in person • Basic computer skills Compensation: $12 - $13 per hour depending on experience
