We bring furniture and decor into our listings to make them more marketable to buyers so that the properties sell faster and for more money. We’re seeking someone who can converse with clients in order to understand their needs, formulate designs which are practical, aesthetically pleasing and conducive to a quick sale. Responsibilities: • Installation of art • Organizing schedules with clients • Skilled in managing movers from warehouse to home. • Able to communicate in great detail with clients, vendors, and team member • Loading light staging furniture/staging accessories from the warehouse into moving truck. • Unloading staging furniture/staging accessories from the truck into the home. • Once furniture is unloaded, stay and assist in staging where needed. • Removing all trash from home. • Some light-duty repairs • Changing light bulbs • Loading back up any unused furniture and staging items back into the truck and then back into The warehouse. • Remove staging homes. • Maintaining property signs and lock boxes • Organizing furniture in the warehouse. • Assembling furniture. • Keeping warehouse orderly and organized. Availability to be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Hours will vary based on work load for the week, but minimum of 20 hours Qualifications: • Ability to drive (current driver’s license and a clear driving history) and comfortable driving a moving truck (16') • Able to vision placement, arrangement, and display. • At least 1 year of experience in staging is required with a portfolio of your work. • Comfortable and personable in communicating details to clients. • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly. • Demonstrate creative abilities in staging a home. • Strong abilities to work in a team setting. • Demonstrate high level of professional maturity and appearance. • Must be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated Candidate must be physically able to perform various installation project requirements such as lifting, standing for long periods, using a ladder and other physical duties. Compensation: $25 Hourly
