Responsibilities: Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Follow-up with leads to increase sales Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Follow up and build rapport with leads and prospects. • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find and show properties that meet those needs/wants. • Participate in open houses and networking activities. • Guide 30 to 50 buyer and seller clients through the home purchase process each year. • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and guidance. • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals. Qualifications: A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Technology driven Organized and manages time effectively Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • CURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED. • We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals for a rewarding full-time career in real estate! • Newly licensed agents or Agents in process of getting licensed are welcome to apply. • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude. • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred. • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review. • The ability to be a team player is a requirement! • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations. • Show good organizational and time management skills. • Have a strong desire to constantly learn and grow. Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 commission annually
