    We are a forward thinking, progressive Real Estate Company seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.  A Marketing Coordinator oversees the marketing campaigns and branding techniques for our team, from brainstorming ideas to implementing large-scale plans. A Marketing Coordinator will manage print marketing, social media marketing, oversee our company website, and any other miscellaneous items that fall under the marketing umbrella.  The right Candidate will be assertive, outgoing, organized, detailed, ambitious, confident, goal-driven and results-oriented. Responsibilities: Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website Arrange all closing gifts and events Executes new community launch including signage and events Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion • Put together marketing materials such as market reports, property brochures, just listed and just sold flyers • Facilitating projects with our Virtual Assistant • Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website • Arrange all closing gifts and events • Executes new community launch including signage and events • Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent Qualifications: Proven skill set in social media Excellent track record in marketing and sales performance Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Demonstrates professionalism both in-person and on the phone • Proven skill set in social media • Proficient in Adobe (video editing, graphic design, photoshop, etc.) • Ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent track record in marketing and sales performance • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Demonstrates professionalism both in-person and on the phone • Experience in a Real Estate office is a plus but not required Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
