Responsibilities: • Follow up and build rapport with leads and prospects. • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find and show properties that meet those needs/wants. • Participate in open houses and networking activities. • Guide 30 to 50 buyer and seller clients through the home purchase process each year. • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and guidance. • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals. Qualifications: • CURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED. • We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals for a rewarding full-time career in real estate! • Newly licensed agents or Agents in process of getting licensed are welcome to apply. • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude. • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred. • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review. • The ability to be a team player is a requirement! • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations. • Show good organizational and time management skills. • Have a strong desire to constantly learn and grow. Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 commission annually
