    We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities: Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Must attend daily admin Zoom call (Mon @ 11:00am PST, Tues-Fri @ 10:30am PST) • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion • Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and company website • Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent • Marketing pieces (Orange County Housing Report, Just Listed/Just Sold mailers, social media posts, etc.) • Put together marketing materials such as market reports, property brochures, just listed and just sold flyers • Facilitating projects with our Virtual Assistant • Assist on various miscellaneous projects/tasks as needed Qualifications: BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Advanced knowledge of current market trends Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms • Proven skill set in social media • Excellent track record in marketing and sales performance • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Demonstrate professionalism both in-person and on the phone • Proficient in Adobe (video editing, graphic design, photoshop, etc.) • Ability to prioritize tasks • Experience in a Real Estate office is a plus but not required Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour BOE
