    SALES ASSOCIATE | 100% WORK FROM HOME (PERSONAL LAPTOP/DESKTOP REQUIRED)

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The McQuade Agency is a leading insurance and supplemental benefits provider. In this Sales Associate position, you will provide our clients with quality service and expertise after completing your 6-week training once you are finished onboarding. What makes us successful is the dedication we have in supporting your development as a professional and ultimately, a successful Sales Assocaite. We are currently looking for highly driven individuals with good communication skills to fulfill the duties of this Sales Associate position from the comfort of your home!

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Inbound and Outbound Calling
    • Scheduling Appointments with Clients who Request Our Services
    • Presenting and Explaining Insurance Products and Benefits Packages over Zoom Video Call
    • Report Daily Production Numbers
    • Attend Group Training Classes
    • Maintain Long-Term Relationships with Active Clients
