    The Meatless Farm is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing start-up office in New York City! The ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills, great enthusiasm for our brand and a passion for contributing to team success.

    THE JOB:

    The exponential growth of flexitarians replacing meat with a vegetable diet is phenomenal the meatless meat market is predicted to amount to USD27.9 billion by 2025! so our business is growing rapidly and therefore we are expanding the team with a brand new Sales Coordinator.

    In this position you will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales and work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Marketing. An amazing growth opportunity to have a central role within the the team and play an active part in expanding our business across the US!

    Key responsibilities;

    • Support the Sales team with tasks such as contracting, support of customer initiatives and other commercial activities, all under the guidance of the VP of Sales
    • Take ownership of and manage broker admin staff to ensure timely submission of all Pricing, Pack Change, Promotion, and New Item forms
    • Prepare sales decks for upcoming presentations
    • Track weekly and monthly Forecasted vs Actual sales
    • Work with Finance team to develop and report weekly trade spending status
    • Support the Marketing Team with the coordination of trade shows and execute programming in support of Retailer launches and promotions
    • Manage sample requests
    • Efficiently prioritize and lead multiple projects and follow through on issues

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the CPG industry
    • Excellent understanding of consumption data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS)
    • Knowledge of ERP and systems management
    • Experience in working with brokers and distributors
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
