Our address is 416 Broadway,90401 We are looking for multiple shifts (can take all or two day minimum) Weekends 8 am- 11 am Monday - Thursday PM 5:00 PM- 7:30 PM Thursday & Friday AM 6AM- 1030 AM Pay is $16-17 plus free classes to the studio to workout on the Megaformer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients Share pricing and class information with prospective clients Deliver Megaformer machine demos to a new client Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times. Cleaning is the most important. There is continuous cleaning every hour. Including vacuum twice a day. Work alongside and support instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience Assist with day-to-day operations of the studio Ensure prompt response to studio emails Understand product knowledge, policies and procedures for retail operations Complete basic Megaformer machine maintenance Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class Complete opening and/ or closing checklists Perform other studio duties as needed Guide customers with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership discounts Have flexibility with schedule, having the ability to work weekends, holidays, morning or night shifts Studio cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of the equipment, floors and mirrors Common area cleaning, including, front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office and hallways Bathroom cleaning
