The MERRITT SEARCH GROUP is looking to add a motivated healthcare Recruiter to our National Executive Recruiting Firm specializing in talent acquisition for the Senior Care Healthcare industry. Our recruiting process involves cold calling, texting, and email networking with industry professionals to source qualified candidates. This position is all about the power of connecting with other people, relationship building, and evaluating prospective candidates over the phone to support the urgent needs of our clients. We are looking for individuals confident in managing confidential conversations over the phone including compensation negotiation, background checks, drug testing, etc. Our best Recruiters are self-motivated, and typically spend 2-3 hours talking on the phone to average 60-80 calls a day. We offer a Monday through Friday work schedule, competitive base salary, commission, medical benefits, in addition to weekly/monthly/annual bonus incentives for achievement of company performance metrics. Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Drive, passion, tenacity, and focus is more important than a decade of experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, and/or customer service environments
• Computer software proficiency (MS Office, ATS, HRIS, Internet/Social Media, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written presentation, communication, and organization skills
• Reliable, self-driven, motivated and results oriented with a sense of urgency for time sensitive situations
• Capable of relating and presenting to individuals at all levels
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, and/or combination of Highschool Diploma/equivalent with relevant professional experience
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to work after-hours as circumstances may require this from time to time
