Job Description

Leading Fashion company needs 5 French /English Customer service reps. Must be able to speak Fluent French .Work hours are Mon -Fri 11am -7:15pm.If selected their is a 2 week paid training that would be from 9am -5pm . The position might start remote, but requires reporting to their Port Washington location when they reopen. $20 per hour Temp to perm. Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls and process orders
• Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues to determine best path for resolution
• Correctly document customer interactions and track call types
• Maintain support service levels and uphold Companies Customer Service standards
• Own follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status and stock availability
• Take inbound phone calls for up-to 90% of assigned shift
