Responsibilities: Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office supportOversee all contracts through closing Responsible for coordinating activities related to listings activation and listing maintenanceSign and lockbox placement Bi-weekly seller callsResponsible for inputting listings in Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systemAssist listing agent with document management, client communication, and broker approval Responsible for communication with sellers and validation of listing detailsResponsible for Open House coordination and set upSocial Media & Email Marketing Qualifications: Real Estate Experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsMarketing skills - social media, print, and web-based using Photoshop, Publisher, Corefact, and more.Exceptional organizational and project management abilitiesBookkeeping skills - skilled with excelGreat ability to focusConcerned about doing things the right wayCalm under pressureLearning-based Service-based attitudeProven ability to succeed Compensation: Base Salary $45,000 + bonus potential
