    We’re seeking an outside sales executive to identify new business and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective clients and provide them with exceptional customer service. • Follow up on warm leads. • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process. • Attend online meetings and training. Qualifications: • We will support you in obtaining the necessary insurance license. • While experience in financial services is a plus, it is not a requirement. • A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed. • This is a full-time position requiring your dedication and focus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Compensation: $90,000+ at plan commission
