As a pivotal figure in our sales team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a knack for devising innovative approaches to attain and exceed sales objectives. Responsibilities: • Take charge of assigned territories, devising and implementing a strategic sales plan • Propel sales expansion through proactive prospecting, acquiring new clients, and cultivating existing relationships • Lead the recruitment process to assemble a skilled and motivated sales team • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales proficiency and product knowledge • Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and provide continual coaching and constructive feedback Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales and leadership, preferably within the financial industry • Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales targets and driving business growth • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results (This position is commission-only) • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals • Self-motivated individual with a passion for both personal and team success Compensation: $125,000+
