Our sustainable energy client in Washington, DC is seeking a Global Benefits & Payroll Manager to oversee domestic & international HRIS production for their offices in US, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil, and Korea. There is no international travel requirement on this role. Yet, there is a requirement of a hybrid schedule with on-site presence in our client's DC office three days per week and two days remote. Skill requirements on this position is 5+ years' experience managing benefits/payroll depts., a completed bachelor's degree and HIPAA / FMLA knowledge. The objective of the Global Benefits & Payroll Manager position works side-by-side with the VP and report to the Compensation / Benefits Director. You would lead effective HRIS strategies, designs, administration, governance, and compliance of the client's global benefits programs through Ceridian and Paylocity systems. You would manage day-to-day activities involving time-keeping practices, tax reports, internal/external audits and Ceridian/Paylocity payroll systems maintenance. Our partner needs a global manager with knowledge in US ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRC Section 125, and FMLA. This is a permanent position starting December 27, 2021 with PTO, medical, detail, 401K and life insurance benefits. Also, there are annual performance bonuses of 20 - 25% on top of salary. There is a COVID-19 vaccination requirement before starting this position.
