    Job Description

    Work with Director of Operations, Facilities Manager, Head of Technology, Finance Manager & Production as a liaison to help evolve the direction of the Studio and its vision through restructuring, organization, standardization and branding for global synergy.

    • draft new policies, SOP’s
    • help define responsibilities & ensure accountability
    • monitor employee activity to ensure policies are followed.
    • monitor & control structural uniformity.
    • build uniform messaging templates.
    • publish all routine & new company notifications (policies, announcements, etc.) to the Studio
    • monitor delegated tasks to ensure follow through to completion for results.
    • Closely collaborate with all departments that fall under Studio Operations: Client Services, Reception, Janitorial, Culture
    • Help chair local Security Council and work with Head of Technicolor Security, VP and/or Director of Operations, Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, Head of Facilities to facilitate monthly, quarterly internal meetings/audits and conduct Physical & Digital Security Client audits.
    • Act as company Environmental Health & Safety Committee Council Member to facilitate meetings / training sessions.
    • Maintain BCP, EAP procedures and policies, facilitate necessary meetings and studio communications
    • Facilitate department workflow by submitting tickets (Facilities), planning internal meetings, etc. 
    • Suggest revised policies/procedures for improved efficiencies
    • Monitor & control hard costs (i.e. internal no charge meals, supplies, furniture requests, etc).
    • Work with Vendors – onboarding
    • Purchase items for Facilities / Operations as needed.
    • Facilitate all Operational/Studio vendor payments for all non-AP transactions.
    • Work with Resource Management and Facilities to prepare for onboards activations.
    • Work with Resource Management and Facilities for offboard deactivations.
    • Work with Resource Management and Facilities for internal employee moves.
    • Work with Director of Operations, VP of Operations, Recruitment to coordinate job fair recruiting events and other outreach initiatives  (as needed).
    • Work with Dir of Ops on studio DEI initiatives
    • Collaborate coordination social events with Culture Manager
    • Lead special projects eg construction builds
    • Liaison with sister Studio Operations teams to coordinate shared resources and/or events.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years previous experience managing a facility and staff.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid shifting deadlines.
    • Strong organizational, communication & anticipation skills.
