Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage billing & invoicing
Manage LA collections
Investigate, analyze & interpret project/sales data and present pipeline/revenue forecast to EPs, HODs & MD
Investigate, analyze & interpret expense data and present freelancer forecast/outsourcing costs projection/production cost projection to EPs, HODs & MD
Participate in weekly boards meeting & WIP meeting
Assist with various month end reconciliations & reports
Analyze & interpret final monthly revenue & expense data to identify trends & develop analytical reports for departmental EPs
Create & develop various other revenue & expense analyses/projections (on an as-needed basis)
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance
Must be familiar with accounting/payroll concepts
Familiarity with SAP and/or Concur a plus
Proactive, professional demeanor with strong communication & client service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
