    REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! IF YOU ARE HIGH-LEVEL OR YOU LOVE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AS A SUPPORT PERSON, PLEASE APPLY. This position is not a 9-5 position, this person will work alongside the owner as their right hand and support him at all times as needed. With the above being said, we are looking for a forward-thinking, highly motivated, talented individual to work alongside our Team Owner. They will be willing to get their real estate license quickly to support the team better (unless they already have it, which is a plus) and wish to serve the Team Owner at a VERY HIGH LEVEL. Compensation: • Base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 • Bonus potential • Health stipend Responsibilities: CEO Support: • Manage electronic signature and filing programs. • Coordinate client communication and listings. • Negotiate contracts and address agent inquiries. • Ensure completeness of documentation for all files. • Initiate workflows and manage prospecting lists. • Assist in client communication automation and mailers. • Handle call forwarding and email management for the CEO. • Coordinate calendar bookings for clients and team meetings. • Respond to emails and assist with pending/closing questions. • Manage invoicing and payments for real estate services. • Assist with showing preparation and agent research. • Provide after-hours support as needed. Real Estate Team Management: • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising efforts. • Collaborate with other team members to support overall marketing objectives. • Coordinate all listing and pending submissions for processing by company administrators. • Schedule photography sessions and courier services for signage and lock boxes. • Address team inquiries regarding various platforms, contracts, and MLS procedures. • Provide proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting support. • Maintain awareness of deadlines and communicate reminders to the team. • Organize and schedule team events. • Facilitate workflows and action plans within the CRM system. • Manage lead assignments and updates as necessary. • Maintain and update resources in the team's Google Drive. • Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for team members. • Support tracking of pending and closing numbers for the team. Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in supporting an executive at a high level. • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule outside of the traditional 8-4. • Real Estate License required. • Outstanding organization. • Strong attention to detail. • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly. • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once. • Comfortable taking charge and willing to take initiative. • Proactive problem solver. • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Discretion and confidentiality. • Customer service focus. • A College degree and social media experience are preferred. • Comfortable handling strong personalities. • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists. • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
