Our client is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Banking and Financial Services business unit. This position may be located in any of our 27 offices. All candidates must have experience working on commercial and real estate finance transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial loan documentation and the review of related due diligence. Candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, should possess a solid work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills. All candidates must be licensed in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for admission without examination. The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $250,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule.
