Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Catering Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for daily service

Collaborate with the catering team to plan menus and ensure client satisfaction

Follow recipes and cooking techniques to consistently produce high-quality meals

Monitor food quality and presentation

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cook (3 years minimum), preferably in a catering

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Food safety certification is a plus

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record for 3 years
