    We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Prospect and bring in new business. You will choose how you wish to seek new business. • Speak to engage with leads provided by the team and figure out their needs and wants in a home. • Attend coaching and training ready to learn and implement what was learned. • Set appointments with potential buyers and sellers. • Self-Educate to attain and maintain expert-level knowledge of the ever-changing real estate industry and the locale you serve. • Show and tour houses with buyer clients. • Prepare and market homes with seller clients. • Be the point of contact for your clients through their entire real estate transaction. • Be a liaison between your client, the lender, the title company, the appraiser, the agent on the other side, the inspectors, and any contractors. • Negotiate on behalf of your clients. • Keep in touch with your clients consistently long after the transaction has ended. • Work with team staff to complete transactions. • Follow your business plan and live your dream life! Qualifications: Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Applicants for this job MUST: • Have a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License in good standing with up-to-date continuing education according to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) • Be a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) in good standing. • Have at least 1 year of experience as a residential real estate agent working for a broker. • Have an established track record of real estate sales • Be willing to move or maintain their license to be brokered by Samson Properties of Chantilly, Virginia • Have an active BrightMLS Subscription • Have an active Sentrilock Subscription • Have a valid Driver's License • Have a reliable and working personal vehicle in acceptable visible condition with personal liability insurance at or above Virginia state minimums • Have a working and up-to-date personal computer with webcam and microphone equipped with memory and processing power sufficient to run Google Suite, Zoom, and other web-based software • Have a smartphone • Have superb communication skills (spoken, written, video, and in-person) • Commit to Monumental core values of Unparalleled Value, Outrageous Generosity, Doing the Right Thing, Going Above and Beyond, Radical Positivity, Lifelong Education, Extreme Ownership, Relentless Discipline, and Committed Collaboration Compensation: $127,500 at plan commission
