Skilled Handyman (Maintenance Tech) Consistent work (long-term relationship) We are looking for a skilled, hard-working, and reliable handyman to join our maintenance department here at The Monzo Group - Keller Williams. You will be responsible for needed repairs at properties, identifying the need for repairs at properties, and responding to clients’ maintenance requests. Other responsibilities include installing and removing signs and lock boxes. Experience required. Photography experience and Rental Certification is a plus. This a scalable job. Responsibilities: • Basic home renovations and rehabs • Perform tasks including painting and filling crevices, cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repairs • Detect and report the need for repairs (punch list) • Rental inspection coordination (if needed) • Regularly check to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns • Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner • Over time, one must be able to understand the procedures and preferences of the employer • Be able to be self-sufficient and trustworthy Qualifications: • Work experience • Skilled • Hard-working • Problem-solving abilities • Reliable • English(Preferred) • Good communication skills • Good multi-tasker • Looking for a long-term job Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
