    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements Qualifications: • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Great written and verbal skills • A background in real estate is required for this position • Real estate license preferred Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
