The Moore Law Group is a creditors' rights law firm located in Santa Ana, CA. We are in need of a Legal Clerk for our Agreement department, who is a self-starter and can work independently and professionally. Attention to detail is critical to this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Check all agreement information for accuracy and compliance
• Create all agreements in accordance to client policies and procedures
• Submit agreements to client, consumer of attorney as needed
• Obtain all follow-up information required to complete each transaction
• Follow up on all rejected agreements
• Analyze and follow up on all rejected, missed or overdue payments
• Interact with Non Attorney Negotiators, Attorneys, consumers and clients
• Prompt and effective response time to all received correspondence
• Identify better process opportunities, goals and vision for team by contributing to team discussions, and actively participating in team priorities
• Ongoing training and development relative to revenue cycle
• Account maintenance
• Reporting for analysis as needed
• Customer relationship management, for both internal and external communications and reporting
• Timely and accurately resolve issues and provide feedback
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal experience preferred
• Some office experience a plus
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Proficiency with database software and MS Office Suite
