The Moore Law Group is seeking a full time Client Services Specialist. This is a great growth opportunity for someone who is a quick learner and a self-starter. Attention to detail is a must. This is also a good opportunity for someone who wants to transfer their skills into the legal field or may be interested in a position in audit and compliance in the future.
This position is responsible for providing information related to litigation and audit and compliance to the client. A good understanding of the litigation process is key but we are willing to train. Must work well with attorneys, staff and clients in a demanding, high volume environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaison, by email or phone, between litigation, attorneys, collections and client,
- Responsible for following up on requests
- Assists with the compilation of information and reports for client audit requests on a daily, weekly and monthly basis,
- Responsible for gathering, maintaining, and organizing data in order to satisfy those requests,
- Responds to routine and ad-hoc request from clients and/or staff members
- Produces documents for attorney review or signature
- Ability to analyze letters and communications to determine proper actions for handling case file
- Ability to analyze client work standards and implement expectations in daily tasks
- Assist with Call Monitoring to ensure a quality customer experience
- Pull reports based on specific client requirements
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a law firm or legal field
- Previous legal clerk experience
- Banking operations and/or analyst experience preferred
- Collections experience
- Ability to have a strong attention to detail while maintaining accuracy in a fast pace and high volume environment
- Ability to multi task
- Experience creating reports
- Proficient in Excel
