The Peer Program Support role is responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals in need within our non-profit organization. This position plays a crucial role in promoting the well-being and empowerment of program participants.
Department: Housing
Classification: Full-time
Reports To: Housing & Unhoused Services Director
Travel Requirements: 25%
Working Schedule:
Day shifts and night shifts
Monday through Friday
Weekends
On Call
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Offer emotional support and guidance to program participants
Assist in the development and implementation of program activities
Facilitate group discussions and workshops
Maintain accurate records and documentation of participant progress
Collaborate with program staff to ensure the smooth operation of programs

Peer Counselor certification required
