Responsibilities: Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Qualifications: One year of work experience in real estate Possesses a real estate license Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000
