REMOTE OPPORTUNITY - WORK FROM ANYWHERE! We’re hiring an experienced Loan Partner who will work directly alongside our top-producing Broker Owner to help our applicants through the mortgage loan process. You’ll get applicants mortgage-ready by taking loan applications, structuring loans, preparing paperwork, and responding to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. You'll also make weekly calls to leads, loans in process, and our database, so it's important that you're comfortable on the phone and even with cold calling. Other responsibilities include updating the CRM, tracking data, organizing email, answering/routing phone calls, and maintaining positive communications with colleagues and lenders. Please note that evening and weekend hours are required. These are shared via an on-call schedule so that everyone gets a break. You're not expected to sit at your desk outside business hours, but simply to answer and address incoming calls/needs when you're the one on call. Please only inquire if you are open to this. Responsibilities: • Take loan applications by phone or online, then utilize experience and guidelines to structure the best fit of mortgage product for each borrower. Once structured, prepare formal estimates and schedule presentations to explain options to each client • Complete income calculations using the documentation provided • Maintain clear communication and follow up with each client throughout the process and post-closing • Manage/track deadlines, ensure they're met, and close loans efficiently and timely • Administrative duties such as answering calls, managing team email, booking appointments, etc. • Weekly phone calls to leads, loans in process, and database. Cold-calling realtors will sometimes be required as well • Assist in maintaining records and compliance needs • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry regulations and guidelines • Assist with tracking volume, goals, compensation, etc. • Ensure CRM, LOS, and Lender information matches on all files • Utilize CRM to ensure clients are on the proper journeys and that we are staying in front of our database • Order closing gifts • Track company expenses Qualifications: • NMLS and Colorado Mortgage Loan Originator Licenses • Minimum 5 years of proven experience assisting with, originating, processing, or underwriting residential mortgages • Advanced understanding of mortgage products, lending processes, and underwriting guidelines • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Proficient in mortgage lending software and technology • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings (on-call availability) • Self-motivated and driven to succeed • Focus on customer service, transparency, and speed to respond • Team Player with a positive attitude is a must! Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ DOE and performance
