This key role is responsible to perform digital marketing tasks within Mosquito Authority and Pest Authority Corporate Headquarters located in Hickory, NC. This is potentially a partially remote position.

The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, hard-working professional who is dedicated to supporting the entire franchise network in marketing needs. He or she should be able to work diligently under pressure. He or she will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and direction, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

● Owning all external marketing content for Mosquito and Pest Authority Headquarters and the franchisee network, including blogs, email marketing, social media, etc.

● Assist marketing team with creating a yearly marketing strategy and plans.

● Managing the bi-weekly newsletter; including creating content, scheduling the send, and tracking analytics.

● Maintain headquarters social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

● Assisting in various marketing requests from franchise owners.

● Create, monitor, and manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook and LinkedIn for both Headquarters and franchisees.

● Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

● Proven experience as a digital marketer, i.e. experience creating and managing Facebook ads

● Ability to create and explain reports

● Exemplary planning and time management skills

● Professional written and oral communication skills

● Up to date with industry trends and new marketing trends

● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

● Builds rapport easily with other team members and franchisees

● High level verbal and written communications skills

● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or another similar field

● Must be able to work in Hickory, NC

● Sample of previous work will be required during interview
